Gather these high-quality, organic ingredients before blending:

Liquid Base:

  • 4 oz unsweetened coconut, oat, or almond milk (store-bought or homemade)

  • 4 oz cold, filtered water

Greens & Produce:

  • 1 scoop greens powder (such as NanoGreens or LWC Green Goodness)

  • 1 to 1 ½ cups (large handful) Organic Power Greens salad mix (Trader Joe's, Sprouts, or Costco)

  • 1 rib of organic celery

  • 1 organic carrot

Protein, Berries & Healthy Fats:

  • 1/4 cup frozen organic berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries)
