Join us for a relaxing, restorative evening under the stars! Experience gentle movement and deep relaxation surrounded by candlelight on the beautiful Big Lawn.

When: Sundays, November through April

Time: 6:00 - 7:15 PM

Location: The Big Lawn at The Gardens on El Paseo

Cost: Free (registration and waiver required). Family-friendly.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, towel, or blanket

• Blanket or warm layers (it can get chilly under the night sky!)

• Reusable water bottle

• Small pillow or bolster for extra comfort during the soundbath

• Open mind, open heart
