Body Wisdom: A Nervous System Reset Workshop

This two-hour experiential workshop is designed to help you better understand and support your nervous system through a trauma-informed approach to healing after cancer. Through guided discussion, gentle movement, and breathwork, you’ll learn practical tools to move out of survival mode and reconnect with safety in your body.

Led by Melissa Grisi, LCSW of Blue Sky Therapy, this workshop offers an empowering and compassionate space rooted in whole-person healing and resilience.
