This November, join us every Thursday morning for Move to Heal, a rotating series of rejuvenating classes designed to move your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit. Each week brings something fresh and inspiring, all in the beautiful outdoor setting of The Gardens on El Paseo. Open to the community 18 and over.

Week 1 : Yoga Flow with Namaste with Shay Breathe, stretch, and find your balance.

Meet Shay: A certified Yoga teacher with almost 20 years of experience Namaste with Shay is a mobile yoga studio that is customized to the needs of her students. Her yoga focuses on a mix of power combined slow flow with strength and breathwork - meditation. 

Week 1 Registration

Week 2: Mat Pilates with Pilates with Lily Strengthen your core and improve posture.

Meet Lily: a leading certified Pilates instructor with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry who developed The Core Method. This practice is an instructional method based on the founding principles of Joseph H. Pilates with the integration of other core development techniques to create a total body experience. Besides volunteering with Shay's Warriors to help survivors get back their strength you can find Lily daily online or by private appointments in Rancho Mirage.

Week 2 Registration

Week 3: Bootcamp and Bands with Coach Cass

Meet Coach Cass: Passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and balance in their fitness journey.  Her goal is to create empowering spaces where women can move, connect, and feel their best inside and out. The heart behind Coach Cass Fitness and creator of Bootcamp & Brunch, you can find Coach teaching weekly group fitness classes at One Eleven Conditioning Club in Cathedral City.

Week 3 Registration

Week 4: Mix it Up Workout

Meet Sally:  Holistic healer, sound practitioner, and yoga teacher passionate about helping others return to themselves through compassion, movement, and energy work. She creates sacred spaces where healing feels gentle, community feels safe, and every soul is reminded of its innate power to bloom again. Sally's classes will have a combination of breath work, movement, strength and restoration of sound healing and meditation.
